It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bobby G. Koonce of Tupelo, Mississippi, who passed away on October 17, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Mack Koonce and Vera Denley Koonce; and his close friend Stan McCarver. He is survived by: his children, Deborah Koonce Murdock (Jerry) of Olive Branch and Paul Koonce (Debra) of Madison; and his grandchildren, Emily Beitz (Steve), Kelly Shannon (Talty) and Caleb Koonce (Abbie). He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
