He was predeceased by: his father Calvin Lewis Dotson, Sr.; and his sister Debra Dotson Pruden. He is survived by: his wife June Dotson of Tupelo; his sons, Calvin Dotson, III (Betsy) and James Paul Dotson of Tupelo; his niece Dana Pruden Lyles (Robert) of Mandeville, LA; his nephews, David Wesley Cobb of Cleveland, MS and Matthew Kimbriel of North Carolina; and his sister Donna Dotson Cobb (Miles) of Greenville.
