She is survived by: her parents, Mike Perkins and Suzanne Davis (Scott) of Tupelo; her mother-in-law Sherry of Tupelo; her children, Conner, Cameron and Harper of Clarksdale; her siblings, Taylor Perkins (Janaya) of Starkville, Joseph Davis of Tupelo, Angela Shook (Trent Armstrong) of Tupelo and Jessica Shook of Tupelo; her grandfather Fred Perkins of Starkville; her aunt Lynne Coleman (Hernando); and her close friend Jerry of Clarksdale.
