He was predeceased by: his father Flavious Elliott; his wife Florine Pleasant Elliott; his daughter Sara; his granddaughter Marie; and his brother Gither Elliott.

He is survived by: his son David Elliott of Mooreville; his grandson Chase Elloitt (Rachel) of Winston-Salem, NC; and his great grandchildren, Mary Elise, Nathan and Jacob.

Memorials may be made to the Mooreville United Methodist Church, 737 MS 371, Mooreville, MS 38857.
