With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cheryl Chappell (Tupelo, Mississippi), born in Lauderdale, Mississippi, who passed away on May 3, 2024 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her significant other Mike; her children, Shawn Chappell (Shannon), Michelle Baughman (Brad) and Shad Chappell (Tara); her grandchildren, Trey Matthews (Lakin), Sean Baughman (Kaitlyn), Chance Baughman (Victoria), Hunter Chappell (Rebecca), Will Thomas Chappell, Skyler Baughman and Tate Chappell; her great grandchildren, Addilyn Matthews, Virginia Baughman, Kash Matthews, Micah Chappell and Peyton Baughman; and her siblings, Ken Robinson (Peg) of Columbus, MS and Jean Newman (James) of Colorado. She is also survived by numerous other family members, nieces and nephews.
