She was predeceased by: her parents, Orland Faye Franks and Linda Lee Spigner Franks; her husband David Johnson Loar; her brother-in-law Harold Heatherly; and her siblings, Martha Nell Davis and Billy Dewayne Franks.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Loar (Elizabeth) of Tupelo and Melissa McKenzie (Bobby) of Louisiana; her grandchildren, Shassidy (Adam), Jessicca, Jullianna (Brandon), Jennaffer (Bryan), Ismael (Haley), Daniel (Dusty), Nicholas, Oliver, Kayla and Tiffany (Max); and her sister Sue Ann Heatherly. She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Jefferson Street Chapel of Pegues Funeral Directors (535 W Jefferson St, Tupelo, MS 38804). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
