He was predeceased by: his father James Reese. He is survived by: his mother Johnnie Faye Edwards Reese; his wife Gayla Reese; his children, Shawn Reese (Melanie) and Sommer Reese; his grandchildren, Devan Gilleylen (Jasmyne), Jordan Gilleylen, Ethan Reese, Evan Reese, Christian Reese (Nikki), Cheyenne Mendoza (Damien), Kathryn Reese (Bella), Jaden Reese, Bailey Reese, Mikayla Lewis (Nick) and Mikinlee Reese; his great grandchildren, Dakota Gilleylen, Jakoden Gilleylen and Camdyn Qurgley; his sister Brenda Stanford (Jerry); his sister-in-law Judy Swords (Mike); and his uncle Jimmy Edwards (Judy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
