He was predeceased by: his parents, Tennison Cook and Wilma Cook; and his siblings, James Carl Cook, Harry Cook and Vicki Cook Fair.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy of Okolona; his son Tim Cook (Sally) of Serepta, MS; and his brother Mike Cook (Kim) of Okolona. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and in-laws as well as their extended families.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Holland Funeral Directors-Okolona (300 W Main St, Okolona, MS 38860).
