It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deacon John A. Johnson Sr. of Tupelo, Mississippi, who passed away on February 8, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Lue Jean Johnson (Buchanan); and his children, Patrenia Miller (Pastor Reggie Miller), Andrew Johnson Nedra (Amelia), John Johnson Jr. (Nikita), Toddrick Johnson (Laura) and Candice Ivy (Sheron). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, special friends.
