He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady Schwalenberg and Ethel Yates Schwalenberg; his brother Gary; his nephew Ed Schwalenberg of Sour Lake, TX; and his stepdaughter Kerri Skelton of Holly Springs, MS.
He is survived by: his wife Joy Pannell Schwalenberg; his son Whitt Schwalenberg (Angie) of Amory; his stepdaughter Kim Beaty (Tommy); his brother Davy Schwalenberg (Roseanne) of Winchester, VA; his granddaughter Madalyn Schwalenberg; his stepgrandchildren, Ashlee Thompson, Lynsey Skelton, Laken Sanders, Madison Stewart and Gracie Stone; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Gracelynn Horner and Kingston Hughes.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the United Funeral Service, Inc. (700 MS-15, New Albany, MS 38652). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
