It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Ray Westmoreland (Tupelo, Mississippi), born in Pontotoc, Mississippi, who passed away on March 17, 2023, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Ernest "Junior" Westmoreland; and his siblings, Mike Westmoreland, Kay Westmoreland, Teresa Herndon Corbitt and Dan Herndon.

He is survived by: his mother Jean Logan Westmoreland Herndon of Shannon; his sister Debbie Sloan of Van Vleet; his stepbrother Ronnie Herndon of Shannon; and his nieces and nephews, Joseph, Keisha Sloan, Shellie, Dustin Wesson, David, Michael and Bill Westmoreland.
