She is survived by: her sons, Samuel Dale Phelps and Frank Daniel, Jr.; her grandchildren, Brieanna, Montrez, Sire and Rhyleigh; her sisters, Bessie Dugas and Juanita Phelps of Lafayette, LA.; her siblings' children, Meg, Jackie, Rochelle, Robie, Precious, Anthony, Darius, Samuel, Bradley and Romello; her aunt Katherine Crayton; and her caregivers, Lula Brown, Carla Floyd and Sallie Westmoreland.
