He is survived by: his children, Kimberly DePriest of Detroit, MI, Arlette Sullivan of Kansas City, MO, Shonda Wilson Myers (Spencer) of Memphis, TN and Robin Edwina DePriest of Orange Park, FL; his siblings, Marjorie DePriest Brown, Florestine DePriest Gladney, Elizabeth DePriest (Charles) of Tupelo, MS, Milton DePriest (Nellie) of Tupelo, MS and Ross DePriest III (Doris) of Kansas City, KS; his grandchildren, Shannon, Cameron, Bryant, Alysha, Spencer, Taraji and Onanti; and his extended family, Amber, Braxton and Lila Grace Welch. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
