He was predeceased by: his parents, E. E. "Ed" O'Callaghan and Nell Critz O'Callaghan; and his brother Frank O'Callaghan. He is survived by: his son Malcolm O'Callaghan (Amy) of Baldwin County, AL; his granddaughter Nikki O'Callaghan of Fredericksburg, VA; and his siblings, Beth Pate (Richard) and Pat O'Callaghan. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, loved ones and friends.
