We are sad to announce that on December 31, 2022, at the age of 94, Elmon Thomas of Tupelo, Mississippi, born in Cascilla, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ali Thomas and Ethel Thomas; and his siblings, Marinee Pennington, Allie Jr. Thomas and Edwin P. Thomas.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Thomas of Tupelo; his daughter Theresa May (Phillip) of Pontotoc, MS; his brother Edward L. Thomas (Carol) of Maben, MS; and his grandchildren, Elmon Hunt (BreAnn) and Lee Hunt (Jeri Ann). He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren and many nieces & nephews.
In Lieu of flowers the family request memorials to be made to Saint Christopher Catholic Church, 431 Pineridge Drive, Pontotoc, MS; or Sanctuary Hospice House 5159 West Main Street, Tupelo, MS 38801.
