Etta Washington Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Etta Washington of Tupelo, Mississippi, who passed away on June 26, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jasper Earle Reeves and Ruby Lee Hamby Reeves. She is survived by: her husband Alan of Tupelo; her children, Karen Skou (Kristian) of Tupelo and Phil (Serena) of Tupelo; her grandchildren, Caroline Skou, Olivia Skou and Liam Skou; and her siblings, Juanita Gray (Graham) of Brandon, Norma Jean Strong (Robert) of Ocean Springs and Leslie Reeves (Jean) of Grenada.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Etta's memory to the Alzheimer's Association Mississippi Chapter, P. O. Box 456, Ridgeland, MS 39158 and the First Baptist Church Harvest Fund, 300 Church St., Tupelo, MS 38804.
