We are sad to announce that on February 12, 2023, at the age of 63, Frannie Hester (Tupelo, Mississippi) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Marshall Rhyne and Mable Jean Tacket Rhyne; her husband Rickey "Rerun" Hester; and her siblings, Nancy Elrod, Martha Blake and Harvey Rhyne.

She is survived by: her daughters, Nikki Graham (Matt) of Tupelo and Katie Cook (Justin) of Blue Mountain; her grandchildren, Jaci Bray (Jason), Hanna Kelly and Tarja Cook; and her close friends, David Presley (Tony Stewart), Katie Maxey and Dewayne Presley.
