It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gene Petty (Tupelo, Mississippi), who passed away on September 10, 2022, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Vernon E. Petty Sr. and Dorothy Mixon Petty Hardin; and his son Cole Petty. He is survived by : his wife Gina Petty of Guntown; his son Shane Petty (Hannah) of Guntown; his grandchildren, Hollie Grace Petty and Cooper Raines; and his brother Kevin Petty (Marbeth) of Porter, Texas. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, the family sincerely request memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, which has always been near and dear to their hearts.
