He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Wallace Green; his children, Heidi Lusky (Mike) of Texas, Heath Green (Erin Crusan) and Jeff Green (Tammy) of North Carolina; his grandchildren, Owen, Ryan, Ethan, Lauren, Nolan, Aidan, Madeline and Reagan; and his brother Roger Green.
