With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Geraldine Bland of Tupelo, Mississippi, who passed away on May 22, 2024 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Alvin "Bo" Bland; her parents, Millard Mills and Syble Mills; and her siblings, Eldred Jones, Ruby Dickerson and Charles Mills.
She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Swift (Joe) of Booneville and Ronnie Hill (Paula) of Spring Hill, TN; her stepchildren, Gennie Adams of Tupelo, Roger Bland (Martha) of Tupelo and Ginger Bland of Tupelo; her siblings, Donald Mills (Peggy) of Hatley and Margie Hill (Coy) of Amory; her grandchildren, Cynthia Colburn (Randy), Jonathan Soden (Crystal), Brittany Reeves (Josh), Katie Hill, Colton Ashcraft, Amber Swords, Joe Swift III (Tiffany) and Miranda Szabo (Mike); and her stepgrandchildren, Shannon Morris (Keith), Stacey Carter (Ray), Kelly Crawley (Justin), Andrew Bland (Jaime) and Patrick Bland (Kenzie). She is also survived by great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
