He was predeceased by: his wife Ann Marie Young; his children, Brenda Galloway and Scott Young; and his grandchildren, Tanya Galloway, Neil Young and Lee Galloway.
He is survived by: his son Gary Young (Patricia) of Tupelo; his brother Calvin Young (Nelle) of Pontotoc; and his grandchildren, Derrick Young, Ashley Clayton and Jason Galloway. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
