She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Adam and Alma Beck Dubard; her siblings, Lewis Dubard, Ann Elizabeth Lipscomb, Alma Katherine McEachin and Eunice Marian Hubbard (William P.); her niece Cynthia Dubard Johnston; and her son-in-law James P. McCartney.
She is survived by: her children, Bill Jr., Marian, Kathy and Martha Williams McCartney of Lawton; her grandchildren, Kimberly McCartney Boels (Dave) of Mesa, Kevin McCartney of Lawton, Erin East (Liam Joyce) of Gulfport, Michael Ferris (Kinney) of Oxford, Mississippi, Emily Ferris of Oxford, Mississippi and Allison Ferris of Oxford, Mississippi; and her great grandchildren, Ashton, Preston Patton of Plano, Dillan, Aiden Joyce of Gulfport, Mary Mac and Tripp Ferris of Oxford, Mississippi.. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
