He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Rowe and Dorothy Rowe; and his sister Doris Rowe. He is survived by: his wife Tarica Rowe; his children, Rodney Rowe, Patrick Posey and Belinda Howes (Larry); and his siblings, Bobby Rowe (Janice), Gary Rowe (Sherry), Patricia Prather (Ronnie), Dottie Bonds and Joyce Harlow (Ronnie). He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the New Bethel Apostolic Church. A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
