He was predeceased by : his parents, Cebie Burt Trulove and Cordelia Sheffield Trulove. He is survived by : his wife Shirley Temple Hughes Trulove of Tupelo; his brother Merlin Dee Trulove; his daughter Wanda Trulove; his grandchildren, Keith Trulove (Lacey), Miranda Trulove and Bryanna Trulove; and his niece Virginia Ann Johnson (Veron). He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren, other nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Senter Funeral Directors Chapel (707 S Adams St, Fulton, MS 38843). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Senter Funeral Directors (707 S Adams St, Fulton, MS 38843).
