He is survived by: his parents, Russell Jolly and Rhonda Jolly of McCondy; his wife Jenny Dunehew Jolly; his sons, John Mark, Will and Jacob; his grandmother Neta Brand of McCondy; his brother Brandon (Natalie); his nieces, Rebecca and Kate; his nephew John of Starkville; his father-in-law Jerry Dunehew; his sister-in-law Robin Maynard; his nephews, Andrew and Clay; and his pet T. J.. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be given to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 262 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
