He is survived by: his children, Keith Box (Jennifer), Tammie Box and Christie MacLaren (Brad); his grandchildren, Ashlyn Trentelman (Tanner), Alivia Box (Bradlee Parish), Camryn MacLaren (Spencer Griffin) and Noah MacLaren; his great grandchildren, Oaklynn, Berkley and Marleigh; and his sister Bonnie Stafford (J. B.). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
