He was predeceased by: his parents, Levi D. Willis and Minnie Dove Smith Willis; and his brothers, Robert Willis, L. D. Willis (Betty Sue) of Victor Willis, R. C., Smythe Willis and Billy Joe Willis (Evelyn).
He is survived by: his wife Caroline Willis; his children, Gregg (Kim) and Lynn Sanderson (Roger) of Mooreville, Mississippi; his grandchildren, McKenna Tipton (Parker) of Mooreville, Tyler Willis of Roswell, Georgia and Olivia (Gage); his great grandchildren, Grae and Riley Tipton of Mooreville; his sister Patricia "Wanda" Willis Rogers of Jacksonville, Florida; and his brother-in-law Gary Thomas Powell of Tupelo, Mississippi. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
