He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, James Bain and Elizabeth Bain; his wife Deb; his children, Ginnie Waite (Denny) of Saltillo, Bo Bain (Kelley) of Saltillo and Anna Lauren Bain of Saltillo; his adoptive son Fred of Washington; his son Ridge Bain; his granddaughters, Anna Elizabeth and Sallye Catherine Waite; and his sisters, Betty Bain Ridenhour (Calvin) of Germantown and Sallye Bain Stewart (Clay) of Tupelo. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
