He was predeceased by: his parents, James Bingham of Washington and Jane Bryson Bingham; his son James William Bingham Jr. (Jamie); his sister Patsy Lemmons; and his brother-in-law Henry Lemmons.
He is survived by: his children, John Benjamin Bingham, Amanda Diane Bingham (Daniel) and Joseph Robert Bingham; his wife Paula Reed of Tupelo; his children, Ben Bingham (Suzanne) and Joey Bingham; his grandchildren, Reed Bingham, Cooper Bingham, Drew McCarthy, Ella McCarthy, Hannah McCarthy and Turner Bingham; and his nieces and nephews, Lea Anne Lemmons Griffin and Sonny Lemmons.
