He is survived by: his father Benny Perkins; his girlfriend Lisa Foster; his children, Derek, Nikki Carpenter, Eric Foster, Buddy Foster, Kayla Medders and Stephanie Foster; his stepmother Gwen Perkins; his grandchildren, DJ Carpenter, Haley, Matthew Pegram, Austin Denley, Dylan Carpenter, Tinsleigh Foster and Hayzel Grace Foster; and his nephews, Clayton and Logan Perkins. He is also survived by his family, friends.
