With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jimmy Wright (Tupelo, Mississippi), who passed away on April 27, 2023 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Gilbert Wright, Sr. and Mildred Yvonne Wilson Wright; and his siblings, Dorothy Hebburd of Vidor Texas, Bobby Wright of Tupelo and Charles Cudd of Tupelo.
He is survived by: his significant other Sherry Hester Wright; his children, April George Hanby (Douglas) of Tupelo, James Wright, III of Saltillo, Karrie Armstrong (Kenny) of Tupelo, DeShundra Brown (Bill) of Verona, Cassie Wright of Tupelo, Ericka Thunderburk (Hunter Riley) of Corinth and Allen Dakota Lewis of Tupelo; and his siblings, Sandy Kay Wright of Saltillo, Sherry Courmier of Port Neches, Teresa Carroll of Nettleton, Randy Ray Wright of Saltillo and Larry Cudd of Frost, Louisiana.. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
