With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joan Evelyn Edwards (Tupelo, Mississippi), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 29, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Joan Evelyn shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Joan Evelyn farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her husband John Hollis Edwards; and her sister Faye Kendrick. She is survived by: her son John Phillip "Phil" Edwards (Cindy) of Tupelo; her grandchild Hollis of Plantersville; her caregivers, Carrie and Lindsey; and also Vanderford.
