He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Levy and Sadie Horhovitz Levy; and his sister Sandi Levy Goldburg. He is survived by: his wife Linda Blatt Levy; his children, Richard Levy (Sarah), Renee Barnes and Anita Sisk; and his grandchildren, Stephanie Barnes, Jace Sisk and Benjamin Sisk.
