He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Talmadge Ivy and Adelia Tate Ivy Bartholomae. He is survived by: his children, Jake T. Ivy (Katie) of Shannon, Zack Ivy (Rebekah) of Shannon, India Dee King of Saltillo and Bridgette Stidham (Justin) of Shannon; his sisters, Jackie Ivy of Tupelo, Melinda McElroy of Tupelo and Maria Staub (Steven) of Tupelo; his grandchildren, Jack Ivy, Joseph Ivy, Hazel Ivy, Samuel Ivy, Riley Stidham, Cameron Raines (Jacob), Drew Hollimon, Riley Cameron, Payton Cameron and Trent Harmon; Valarie Smithey of Shannon, Kacie Hollimon (Luke) of Tupelo, Jacob Cameron (Noel) of Saltillo and Mary Inmon Ivy.
