He is survived by: his wife Betty Bostic Carr; and his children, Larry Carr (Joyce) of Tullahoma, Tom Carr Jr. of Tupelo and Cecilia Carr Spencer (Willie) of Cincinnati, Ohio. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
