He is survived by: his former wife Rhonda Shree Howell Pratt; his children, Jonathan Blake Pratt, Joshua Lee Pratt and Becca Michelle Lacks (Steve); his grandchildren, Lindsay and Gabe Lacks; his great grandchildren, Luca Smith and Robin Lacks; and his siblings, Douglas Dean Pratt, Deloras Jean Russell, Deborah Jan Alley and Frances Ellen Clemmons. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
