Judy Coker Obituary

We announce the death of Judy Coker in Tupelo, Mississippi, who passed away on October 3, 2026, at the age of 75. Judy will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lionel Rorie and Letra Rorie; and her siblings, Mary Davis and Hugh Rorie. She is survived by: her husband Bobby Coker of Booneville; her children, Anneliesa Bennett (Prentiss) of Marietta, Christopher Coker (Christal) of Mobile and Rorie Coker (Jill) of Guntown; her sister Nita Jones of Murfreesboro; her grandchildren, Jacob Compton, Ava Coker, Ana Coker, Elijah Coker, Kell Coker, Jude Coker and Landry Bennett; her great grandchild Phoebe Compton; her close friends, Orbry, Frieda Lentz and Evelyn White; and her caregivers, Stephanie, Nikki and Chelsa.

Visitation was held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Of Christ Cemetery.
