He was predeceased by: his parents, Erskin Edwards and Minnie Lee Edwards Roncali; his stepfather Johnnie Roncali; his brothers, Ricky Edwards, Ronnie Edwards, Gene Edwards and Billy Ray Edwards; and his brothers-in-law, Dick Goslin, James Ray, Buford Roncali and Charles Garcia.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Rogers Edwards of Brewer; his children, Ashley Lindley (Chris) of Saltillo and William Edwards of Brewer; his siblings, Martha Hester, Margie Goslin, Sara Ray, Rita Roncali, Brenda Manning, Linda Auerswald, Tina Garcia, Tommy Joe Edwards (Mary), Butch Edwards (Barbara), Kenny Edwards and Joey Edwards; his grandchildren, Michael Edwards (Michelle), Graci Leigh Lindley, Courtney Edwards, Ashlee Floyd and Mandi Guthrie; and his sister-in-law Carla Edwards. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
