He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivon Clay and Rogene Howard Clay; and his siblings, Franklin Clay and Janice Webb. He is survived by: his wife Martha Jane Clay (Ark); his sons, Chris Clay (Glenda) of Tupelo and Jeff Clay (Rivers) of Oxford; his grandchildren, Lindsey Sims (Josh), Jeff Wilson (Emily), Gilder Skiles and Gibson Skiles; his great grandchildren, Everett, Weston, Jude and Sollie; and his nephews, Greg Clay (Ashley), Mike Clay (Laurie) and Pat Clay (Christy).
