She was predeceased by: her parents, William Coy Fendley and Lucille Brewer Fendley; and her husband Phillip C. Byrd Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Phillip C. Byrd Jr. (Libby) of Rolling Fork, MS, Charles Edward Byrd of Greenville, MS and Angie Byrd Sherrer (Creig) of Tupelo, MS; her grandchildren, Jon Byrd (Angela) of Sidon, MS, Holly Griffin (Lee) of Saltillo, MS and Matt Sherrer of Tupelo, MS; her great grandchildren, Fendley Sherrer of Tupelo, MS, Charlotte Byrd of Sidon, MS, John Alan Griffin of Saltillo, MS and Olivia Griffin of Saltillo, MS; and her siblings, Johnnie Ruth Williams (Lee) of Greenville, MS, Maxine Mitchell (Bobby) of Greenville, MS, Charles Fendley (Pat) of Greenville, MS. and Ethel Huddleston. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
