She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilburn Burleson and Elmira Dykes Burleson; her husband James Alvin Curbow; and her siblings, Earlene Matthews, Thomas Edison Burleson, Wilburn "Buddy" Burleson, Jr. and Dennis Michael Burleson.
She is survived by: her children, Kim McKee (Jay) and Mike Curbow (Rita) of Auburn; her grandchildren, Kirk Green (Terina) of Eggville, Payton Lamons (Jimmy) of Mooreville and Chance Curbow (Paige) of Palmetto; her great grandchildren, Mason, Madison Green, Meri Joyce Lamons, Kayce Oswalt (Austin), Ava Kate, Mackenzie Oswalt, Ashley Garrett, Lexi, Ezra Garrett and Kendall Tisdale (Aaron); her siblings, Joann Tackett of Amory, Helen Logan (Robert) of Dorsey, Frances Rowland of Old Union, Donna Pickering of Pontotoc, Bro. Excail Burleson of Corinth and James Marlin Burleson (Karen) of Shannon; her cousin Auburn Baptist Church; and her nephews, Mark, Jeff, Sam Burleson, Dennis Rowland, Jerry Wayne Rogers and Ronnie Hester. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
