He is survived by: his parents, Herbert O'Neal Kohlheim and Patricia Ann Coleman Kohlheim; his child Santasia Agnew; his granddaughter Ryleigh Kaye Hill of Tupelo, MS; and his siblings, Contina Kohlheim of Tupelo, Pamala Johnson of Charlotte, NC and Michael Kohlheim (Bruno) of Tupelo. He is also survived by aunties, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews.
