It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martha Scott (Tupelo, Mississippi), who passed away on March 24, 2026, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Dewey and Evie Lamb Alred; her husband Bobby Scott; her son-in-law Doug Arnold; and her siblings, Helen Falls, Jean Enis, Shirley Campize, Arvis Alred, Cecil Alred, Gerald Alred and Carl Allred.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Scott (Jan) of Guntown, Lynn Arnold of Guntown and Bobby Scott (Martha) of Ellisville; her grandchildren, Barry Martinez (Robin), Cheryl Hendrix (Casey), Michael Scott, Jr. (Brittany) and Makayla Merritt (Ryan); and her great grandchildren, Laken, Jayden, Cadence, Cayson, Madison, Makenzie, Lainey, Waylon, Liam, Luke, Joby, Layton and Lizzy Kay. She is also survived by four great-great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
