She was predeceased by : her parents, Earl Bazzel and Birdie Bazzel; and her brother Travis Bazzel. She is survived by : her husband Robert Winter; her daughters, Regina Long (Hoyt) Delora Carruthers and Donna Francis (Bruce); her grandchildren, Brandon Long (Linda), Mindy Luna (Paul), Ashley Armstrong (Jon), Randy Kennedy, Anthony Kennedy (Shayla), Justin Francis, Miranda Garret (Jade), Josh Francis (Baleigh) and Marissa Francis;
13 great grand children and 3 more great grandchildren on the way..
Former granddaughter-in-law Mallory Kitchens; special nieces, Deb and Carley Jackson; and her life long friend Linda Myrick;
Three sisters inlaw Marjorie Glass, Nancy Viall and Jesse King.
