He was predeceased by : his wife Betty Latimer Black; and his parents, Felix Black and Ruth Hussey Black. He is survived by : his sister Ellen Black Morgan (Tom) of Oakland, TN; his nephew John Latimer, III (Sarah); and his niece Sara Latimer Brown (Stuart). He is also survived by four grandnieces and grandnephews.
