She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Moss and Louise Moss Braunstein; her stepfather Gus Braunstein (Gene VanDevender); her brother David Moss; her stepson Gerald VanDevender (Gerry); and her grandson Aaron Mart.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Mart; her children, Leslie Mart and Hank Mart (Donna); her stepson Jamie VanDevender; her grandchildren, Jacob Mart, Daniel Mart, Noelle Balliett (Byron), Garrett VanDevender (Kevyn) and Katy VanDevender (Dakoda); her great grandchild Fane Balliett-Oneal; her sisters-in-law, Sylvia Moss and Deana Moss; her nephews, Corey Moss (Katie) and Michael Moss (Judy); her niece Danielle Studnick (Eric); her close friend Francine McGovern; and her pets, Pepper and Furby.
In keeping with the Jewish tradition, the family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Temple B'nai Israel or Joyner Neighborhood Association in Mimi's memory.
