Nell Abner Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nell Abner (Tupelo, Mississippi), who passed away on August 8, 2023 at the age of 88. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Nell Abner to pay them a last tribute.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Dorris Davis and Ruth Brummett Davis; her children, Susan Smith of Union County, Dr. Sandy Stanton of Oxford, Jim Huckaby of Nettleton and Bubba Abner of Palmetto; her siblings, Kenny Davis of Hamilton, Jerri Lynn Eubank of Alligator and Barbara Pruitt of Tupelo; and her grandchildren, Hollye Abner, Morgan Knight, Amanda Susalla, Jamie Siddal, Lindsey Mitchell, Lana Stanton, Timmy Haynes, Terry Haynes and Meghan Grubbs. She was also cherished by 15 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
