She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Carter and Annie Mae Teague Carter; her children, Roxanne Kirk and Ronald O'Brian Owen; her grandson David Michael Owen; her brother Ronnie Carter; and her husband Raymond Holcomb.
She is survived by: her sons, Ricky Owen of Saltillo and Tony Owen (Sandy) of Palmetto; her siblings, Thomas Carter of Plantersville and Barbara McDonald of Colorado; and her grandchildren, Jacob Kirk, Steven Owen and Haley Owen Allen (Will).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
