He is survived by: his wife Grace Annette Minor of Amory, Mississippi.; his sons, Russell Wayne Bowen (Carla) and Norman Wesley Bowen (Susan); his grandchildren, William (Holly), John, Stephen, Caroline (Jeffrey) and Hannah; his nephew Mike (Becky); his niece Angela Dennis; and his brothers-in-law, Lloyd (Peggy) and Lamar Minor (Rorie).
