He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ralph McCain and Sandra Kaye Altom McCain; his grandparents, Jimmie and Pauline Altom; his uncle Ray Altom; his aunt Lou Flannagan; and his father-in-law James S. Carter.
He is survived by: his wife Angie McCain of Saltillo; his son Brayden McCain; his sister Christy Jaggers (Jason) of Mooreville; his uncles, Mike Altom (Rhonda) of Tupelo, Hayes Altom of Tupelo and Steve McCain of Greenwood; his mother-in-law Betty J. Carter; his sister Twana Miller; and his brother-in-law Brad Carter. He is also survived by several nephews; and two great-nephews.
